We are currently investigating an issue causing RESPONSUM to become unavailable at some points for login. You can experience intermediate outages of RESPONSUM. We will update this incident once RESPONSUM is fully stable again.
The authentication issue was monitored and resolved.
We have identified the issue and are monitoring the remediations put in place. RESPONSUM is available again at this time.
