We have received feedback related to the speed of RESPONSUM during peak usage hours. We are currently investigating possible causes. If you experience slow response from RESPONSUM, feel free to contact support@responsum.eu with a description of the situation you found the app to respond slow in.

All issues related to slowdowns have been found as resolved.

We have identified a possible cause and have implemented a resolution. RESPONSUM is fully operational but in "Watching" state to make sure the issue is resolved.
